There was no doubt when it was announced in 2002 that spider man would be coming to a live stage that it would be a spectacular adventure and a build up was started like no other waiting to see what the outcome of the project would be.

What would turn out to be an ultimately stressful and exciting journey finally came to fruition this year and now spider man turn off the dark tickets are like golden tickets to fans wanting to come and live the life as Peter Parker and Spiderman.
An extravaganza is almost an understatement with the budget for the musical rocking in at a reported $70 million dollars. One of, if not the most expensive musicals ever produced has left a lot of demand for spider man turn off the dark tickets, with many finding them hard to come by. It is described as a rock musical due to the fact the music is supplied by Bono and The Edge (formerly of U2) however it is known to be more than just rock music featuring with a whole host of music genres including dance songs and big show tunes.
The musical backdrop sets the stage for an incredible 27 aerial sequences, many of which are for combat taking place in the air, something which will be expected by Spiderman fans and should also excite them as it truly brings the Spiderman universe to life.
The story follows a young nerdy student Peter Parker (played by Reeve Carney) and his battle initially through high school as he struggles to cope with the pressure of bullying from class jock Flash Thompson (Matt Caplan). Peter adores popular girl of the class Mary Jane Watson (Jennifer Damiano) and it is revealed that they both struggle in similar ways, Peter at school and Mary Jane at home.
His real adventures begin when on a school trip to a genetics lab and he gets bitten by a genetically engineered spider. Unknown to him until later this gives him incredible powers including perfect vision, super strength and the ability to produce webs from the end of his hands. When it comes to him in a dream that he should use his spider like powers for good and fighting evil he sets about a life of his alter ego; Spiderman.
He encounters several battles on the way and these are all reproduced with spectacular effects showing how peter tries to overcome the series of villains including the most evil of them all – the green goblin.
